Welcome Coach Sam!!

Sam Barkwell has joined us after having coached for the Vancouver Pacific Swim Club. He comes to us having coached many levels of swimming; age group to masters. He previously coached for a number of years in Hamilton, Ont. with the Golden Horseshoe Aquatic Club. He adapts a holistic approach, his goal being that his swimmers get the most out of their experience as a masters swimmer.
